As an important part of the sales team, you will take ownership of active lead generation, contact new customers and ensure that initial interest turns into concrete sales opportunities.

What we count on you for – Your mission
- You actively support the development of the German-speaking market for an innovative software solution:
- You work autonomously from home and meet your colleagues on average once a month in North Rhine-Westphalia
- You identify new target customers and actively build a strong lead pipeline across Germany, Switzerland and Luxembourg
- You proactively contact prospects and guide them from first contact to closing
- You maintain and further develop the sales funnel in the CRM and ensure structured follow-up
- You work closely with sales and technical teams who will support your clients during implementation and as account managers
- You represent the company occasionally at events and trade fairs
Why we want you on our team – Your strengths
- Your background: Initial experience in sales, inside sales, lead generation or SaaS sales with a focus on new business. Motivation, identification with the mission, strong communication skills and a hunter mindset are essential.
- Ideal areas of expertise include: SaaS, software, IT services, digitalization, mobility, data solutions, public sector, infrastructure
- Your language skills: German at a minimum C1 level and professional English. French is a plus.
- Your IT skills: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) or strong affinity for digital tools
- Your work style: proactive, communicative, structured and persistent, with a passion for outbound sales and networking
