Corporate Communication & PR Specialist (m/f/n), Esch-sur-Alzette

Tasks

• You act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and build relationships with journalists and media outlets
• You manage proactive outreach and handle reactive media inquiries by ensuring accurate and timely responses
• You manage internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, intranet updates, and employee engagement campaigns to foster a transparent and connected corporate culture
• You support the adoption of technologies (IA, Data) and cultural change in close collaboration with the internal project teams
• You coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms
• You oversee the creation, design and distribution of corporate publications, including annual reports, board presentations and corporate brochures
• You write, proofread, and edit a variety of communication materials, including speeches, interviews, board presentations, reports and social media content for internal and external audiences
• You develop and execute multi-channel communication plans to strengthen Enovos’ brand image, reputation and stakeholder engagement
• You write, edit and distribute compelling press releases, articles, and thought leadership content
• You support corporate events, sponsorships, and public engagements through strategic communication plans
• You use key performance metrics to track media coverage and to evaluate communication impact in order to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• You ensure brand consistency and alignment with company values

Profile

• You hold a master’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing or equivalent
• You have preferably a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset
• You have a genuine interest in new technologies and AI
• You are familiar with communication tools and platforms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You are customer-focused and show a high level of engagement, initiative, and proactivity
• You are ambitious, autonomous, flexible, and like to bring in new ideas
• You demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills English, French, Luxemburgish and German
