International Inside Sales - Industrial High Tech - Polish and English (m/f/d), Warsaw

In order to build on the existing team, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers in the Polish market. You will work closely with the entire international team on the sales process at every stage. Your fluent language skills in Polish and English will allow you to work as a competent partner with customers, the international sales team, but also with production, technology and logistics at the other locations.

What we count on you for - Your mission

• Sales process: You accompany the customer from the initial enquiry, through tracking the order in production to delivery. You create quotations and process the orders with verification at a technical and administrative level.
• Advice: Thanks to close co-operation with the technical staff, you will advise customers on any questions or queries they may have during the sales process.
• Customer relations: You maintain customer relationships and develop them further by continuously maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork: You actively co-operate with the entire team of the company in which you are fully integrated.

Why we want you on our team - your strengths

• Your background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a relevant degree and ideally have initial professional experience in Inside Sales in the B2B sector. Alternatively, professional experience in a corresponding environment can also be a good starting point.
• Your language skills: You communicate fluently in Polish and English, whether written or spoken. Language skills in German and/or French would be a plus.
• Your IT skills: You are proficient in a CRM tool and you have experience with other digital systems.
• Your working style: You are dynamic, a team player and motivated to work in an international team with an eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.
