Internship (m/f) Support Innovation Management, Hamburg

Tasks & accountabilities

As an intern you will contribute to establish an effective innovation environment at Airbus through the development of idea management methods and tools considering business needs and constraints.
This includes:

• Support collection of feedback from users by incorporating design principles and user needs through the set goals of the department
• Support administration and development of the existing idea management tool
• Contribute in facilitating the consultation with all necessary stakeholders involved
• Assist the team by preparing meetings and project documentation
• This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

You offer

• Enrolled student within Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Innovation Management, Economics or similar field of study
• Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Basic knowledge Business Model Generation
• First experience in Start Ups helpful
• App programming skills would be a plus
• Creative/Design Thinking
• English: fluent
• German: fluent
• You have an innovative mind-set, excellent communication skills,and you are able to work independently.
