Tasks & accountabilities
The job holder will:
- Support from an agile method prospective the development of major programs and initiatives within DDMS and Engineering perimeter
- Initiate/launch and coach Portfolio, Large Solutions, ART and all Agile Initiatives.
- Organize multi-functional Plateaus with integrated teams, ART (Agile Release Trains), Large Solutions, EPICs and Portfolio Management.
Support Portfolio relentless improvement by :
- assessing portfolio teams in terms of mindset, behaviors and ways of working in order to identify pain points and improvement opportunities to be addressed
- Support and coach teams to overcome their pain points through improvement activities using a set of valuable frameworks (Lean, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, CMMI, Kanban…)
Support the transformation of the company :
- Promote Lean and Agile values at operational and management levels teams across the DDMS scope and trans-national network of multi-disciplinary teams
- Animate a LACE, coaching executives and portfolio members, lead the Value streams and Large Solutions organisation.
- The job Holder will be a member of the Destination Agile (DNA) team, a tribe of agile coaches, and will be operationally reporting to the Product Owner of the DNA Agile team.
This role will involve some travel for business in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following experience:
- Certified Team Coach/ Certified Enterprise Coach or similar working experience within an AGILE environment, able to coach multi-functional operational teams and management,
- Proven successful experience working in an agile environment, preferably in a variety of situations, including working at an Enterprise level, using Agile methods to manage large projects (e.g. 10M+ euros), including use of scaled Agile methods such as SAFe, LESS, DAD or Nexus.
- Proven experience in transformation of companies in connection with senior/executives.
- Comfortable working under pressure to strong deadlines.
- Knowledge of working within an Agile IT organization preferred,
- Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form,
- French language would be a plus.

- Practical Problem Solving: apply and adapt AGILE frameworks, tools and techniques according to the type of Project (Size, context, complexity etc.) to ensure successful Project outcomes (Time, Cost and Quality)’
- Communicate: set the foundation, co-create the relationship, communicate effectively and facilitate learning and results
- Listen: Apply active listening, of powerful questioning and direct communication, while creating awareness, designing actions, planning and setting goals and managing the progress and accountability.
- Implement: perform a Scaled Agile methodology (Scrum of Scrum, SAFe, LESS, etc.) and be able to play a key role of such methodology (e.g. SAFe: RTE, VSE, BO, DevOps etc.).
