Process Administrator - IEN (m/w/d), Wemding

Tasks

• Creation of Production Master Data as Bill of Materials, etc. in SAP ERP
• Supporting of projects in the area of Master Data
• Responsible for Data structuring and clean-up in SAP ERP
• Key-user and Interface for Production Data to Activities and IS/IT
• Supporting the IEN team in administrative matters
• Processing German / English correspondence (internal / external)
• Preparing and creating presentations and analyses (in German and English)
• Independent and timely collection and preparation of data

Profile

• Completed commercial training or studies
• Professional experience as an assistant in an industrial company
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Google Tools and SAP
• Good knowledge of English
• Discretion / loyalty and absolute reliability
• Organisational skills, structured and independent way of working
