Mission

• You lead the industrialization of the new P1
• You improve the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in your perimeter
• You capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in his domain
• You participate in the design of new equipment and new lines
• You lead the Lean design workshop
• You inspire us with that:
• You have a degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You have gained initial practical experience through internships or student jobs, or you have 3–5 years of professional

Profile

• You have knowledge of quality tools (capabilities, statistics, DOE).
• You have already worked with PFMEA, either in a project, internship, or through your professional experience.
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• You can present information in a structured way and effectively plan and prioritize tasks.
• You are fluent in German and English.
