Missions

• Management of R&D processes for Front End Modules and Air Grill Shutter regarding costs, timing, and quality
• Manage the customer Intimacy with regular meeting and pre-development contracts\
• Direct responsibility for Series development processes and advanced development for the European region
• Contribute to the construction of the Technical Development Plan(s) around components, products,systems, integrating the technology trends, product road maps, market drivers,
• Define technical customer strategies and support competitor analysis (benchmarks)\r\nManagement and development of the R&D team in Europe
• Make sure state of the art resources and competences are available
• Define standardization strategy and ensure development of the standards and their implementation
• Capacity and budget planning for R&D costs and manpower
• Ensure Intellectual Property protection
