Responsibilities
After a period of training with our sales and technical teams in France, you will be in charge of the technical support for our customers in Germany (OEMs and suppliers).
Your core responsibility will be the customer relationship with one of our main customers, a major automotive OE in Germany. As the A2MAC1 ambassador at this customer, you will be the main interface between his teams and our headquarters to guarantee his highest satisfaction.
With the objective of maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing customers in Germany, you will also be responsible for the technical support to other customers (major automotive suppliers):
- Technical presentations and promotion of our services
- Training to our customers on our database
- Collection and review of our clients requirements
- Coordination of clients requests with our technical teams in France
The position is based in Koeln as a resident engineer at an OE.
It also involves travelling within Germany on a regular basis.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree (automotive or mechanical engineering)
- Proven account management experience in a technical B to B environment (minimum 2 years)
- Strong interest in the automotive industry
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong autonomy ability
- Languages : Fluent German as well as English or French
