System Engineer/ Function Owner (m/f), Bietigheim-Bissingen

Tasks

• Development of the functions for Laser Scanner based on customer needs
• Technical leadership
• coordination for dedicated functions during the development phase
• Requirement Engineering and derive the system requirements from the customer requirements
• Ermittlung und Festlegung der Hauptmerkmale (KPIs) und Performance für die Laserscannerfunktionen
• Interface between customers and internal development departments
• Development of solution concepts in coordination with Hardware and Software development
• Coordination of open points and requirements with customers or internal departments (eg. Mechanics, HW, SW or Functional Safety)
• Testing and providing of prototypes of the function including coordination with customers
• Change Management

Profile

• University degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or similar
• Experiences in System development Knowledge in Software development (eg. model based with Matlab) and Algorythmen development
• preferable or alternatively mechanical engineering and electronics development as well as FPGA development
• Fluency in English and good German skills
• Keeping relations with the customer Automotive experience
• preferably in the range of driver assistance systems Tools: DOORS, Matlab + Simulink, ADTF (desirable), CANoe
