Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) System Validation, Friedrichsdorf

Missions

• Lead and coordinate the System Testing activities ( System Test, Verification & Validation) and System Integration Tests
• Responsibility of the System Integration, Verification and Validation test strategy in order to ensure optimal coverage and testing of system level features
• Responsibility of the scheduling of testing activities for System Test levels
• Ensuring the maturity of the System Validation Sub Project
• Owning the System Validation Sub Project goals and driving it to achieve the expected KPI’s in terms of QCT (Quality Cost Time)
• Managing System Validation subproject risks through the SUR process coordinated by System PM
• Reporting to the System Project Manager
• Driving and Delivering the Overall System Integration, Verification and Validation Strategy, Plan and Costs Estimations of the Project and ensures its approval by System PM and System TPM
• Managing the System Intergration Test Lead
• Coordinating the Project Test Tool development team for acquisition, development and delivery of validated test environment solutions that are sufficient for application of the approved test strategy and test plan
• Managing the System Validation project budget and approval of purchase of the system validation team
• Maintaining close contract with the Project management team in order to ensure a unified approach in terms of timing, content, cost and quality of project deliveries

Profile

• Experience in project management (plan, monitoring and control against priorities)
• Very good analytical and problem solving skills
• Solid communication and reporting skills
• Strong knowledge of process models (e.g. Automotive Spice), regarding verification and validation process areas
• Experience of risk management (risk based testing)
