Why we want you on our team - Your strengths
- Ideally at least 5 years of technical sales experience
- You have completed technical studies, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or industrial engineering, or have a similar qualification, such as a degree from technical school.
- You bring with you knowledge of packaging machine construction. Ideally, you have already been able to demonstrate your sales strength in a comparable job.
- You are characterised by your conceptual and methodological competence.
- You have very good planning, presentation and organizational skills
- You are a team player, customer oriented and put the customer's needs first.
- You look forward to a varied job and enjoy visiting customers on site as part of business trips primarily in France, Belgium and Switzerland but also inside the rest of Europe.
- You are fluent in French and have a professional English or German, Spanish and/or Italian are plus
Key responsibilities - What we expect from you
- You inspire customers with packaging machines for the bakery and food industries (primarily on powder filling applications and in a near future for fibre based solutions business).
- You will accompany the projects from proposal to completion and continually expand the network of relationships with customers, consultants and stakeholders.
- You will independently manage technical proposal projects in collaboration with the specialist departments.
- You successfully combine market analyses with personal experience to build market intelligence.
- You will design sales strategies based on annual goals and strategic measures for market development, new customer acquisition, and core customer development.
- You will work closely with the sales management team in Germany.
- You advise customers and develop technical solutions and present your concepts with confidence to the customer on site.
- You prepare the final negotiation with the customer, carry it out and accompany the offer until it is ready for completion.
- You can build a resilient project pipeline taking into account the incoming project inquiries and the sales and project planning process risks basis.
