Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support to supply market assessments and supplier assessments
• Support preparation of relevant data for the MFT sub-commodities for the supply chain quality input
• Support risk management of strategic suppliers together with the associated support functions
• Support miscellaneous transversal projects, such as material enablement, tools & process implementation, etc. eSupply chain and SQIP
• Support daily administrative work within the department, such as monthly reporting, preparation of minutes of meeting, update of work package list, etc.
• Lead the DSQR deployment for the PAQC supplier landscape
• Optimized processes within PAQC and its interfaces
• Deliver PMO outputs
• Assistance to all parties

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Bachelor / Master in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Interest and first experience in supply chain, supplier management are desirable
• Office package (esp. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Assertiveness, confident, team player, coordinating abilities, communicative
• English: fluent, German: basics
