Your challenges

• You will support Site HR Admin in collection & consolidation of training needs, follow up absences
• You will support employees onboarding & offboarding: presents and explains the tools/ collects, manages and updates individual documents & files
• You will support communication, well being and HR projects like Site Transformation or HR admin transformation
• You will coordinate and support Valeo standard processes as f.e Valeo 5000 EE axes

Profile

• You are graduated from a master degree in HR
• You already have experience in this field
• You have a fluent level of englis
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
