VIE - Junior Financial Controller (m/f/d), Oberhausen

Main responsibilities

• Take over cost center controlling and enhance production controlling,
• Support in improving business control processes,
• Improve usage of central BI-Tool,
• Analyze differences and develop actions,
• Follow-up of different action plans and communicate with different teams,
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis.
• This is a 24-month mission.

Profile

• Master’s Degree from university or a Business School with a major in Economics or Finance,
• First experiences in finance and controlling,
• Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel,
• Strong analytical skills and number oriented,
• Open to communicate, curious and self-driven,
• Autonomy and critical mindset with a good level of self-organization paired with a "hands-on mentality" and persistence,
• Fluent in English and advanced level of German (B2),
• Knowledge in SAP and Power BI would be a plus.
