VIE Junior Management Controller (m/f), Friedrichsdorf

Your challenges

As a member of the site controlling team with cross-functional responsibilities in sales and industrial controlling, the main mission focuses on the following:

• You will contribute to the budgeting, closing and forecasting process, including variance analysis
• You will contribute to the understanding and validation of the site's financial performance
• You will ensure the reliability of the financial statements (compliance with MAF/IFRS rules)
• You will carry out ad hoc analyses for site management.
• You will be part of the controlling interface for Intra-group management requests
• You will participate in, understand and challenge monthly closing
• You will propose solutions for the internal flows between sites (transfer price, internal assets reinvoicing…)

Profile

• You are graduated from a Master degree in Management Control, Accounting or Finance
• You already have experience in Management Control, Audit, Accounting or Finance in an industrial environment (ideally in the automotive filed)
• You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have a good command of German
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
