Your challenges

• You are handling with deliveries, invoices and you are checking data accuracy
• You are supporting and developing internal sales reportings
• You are doing prices updates, prices contracts, and participate to prices negotiations/offer preparation with customer
• You are dealing with basic figures and you are organizing sales results via files
• You are liaising with other departments and you are communicating with people
• You are translating documentations/emails
• You are supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks

Your profile

• You are graduated of a Bachelor or Masters degree
• You have basic technical understanding sales in prices, what is behind (not only pure figures), and have a basic interest for it
• You have a fluent/correct level of German
• You have a good written and verbal communication
• Our environment is international oriented : you have good knowledge in English
• You like intercultural communication, you are open-minded oriented, autonomous and flexible
