Your challenges

• You will do recording of warranty data via the respective customer portals or correspondence
• You will also do recording, documentation and provision of warranty parts
• You will work on analysis of wiper arms, wiper blades and wiper systems according to defined checklists
• You will have willingness to set up test environments and independently monitor and evaluate test execution
• You will work on root cause analysis of defective parts Creation of reports (8D reports, internal test reports

Profile

• You are graduated from a Master/School degree in Warranty, Quality
• You already have experience in this field, ideally
• You have a fluent level of English
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
