Mission

• You support and advise the management in ensuring compliance requirements are met and on all relevant compliance issues.
• You will ensure transparency regarding the relevant regulations through audits and coordination of organisational implementation.
• Expanding, maintaining, developing and updating the compliance management system and the associated documentation, in particular the drafting of contracts, guidelines and processes within the Group.
• Communicating with external lawyers and auditors and working closely with the relevant specialist departments.
• Ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations..
• Assisting with internal / external audits.
• Ensuring compliance requirements for service providers
• Advising and coordinating the specialist departments on change initiatives and in the event of anomalies relating to all compliance issues.
• Creating transparency about the current risk situation - analysing, evaluating and documenting risk-relevant issues.

Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business law with reference to the requirements of compliance.
• You want to design processes and implement them efficiently.
• You find it easy to work with internal and external business partners.
• You are motivated to familiarise yourself with new subject areas.
• High level of integrity and reliability as well as assertiveness and good prioritisation skills.
• Experience in an international environment
• You should be able to negotiate and be contractually fluent in English and German.
• Your analytical and investigative skills and your ability to always work carefully and independently round off your profile
