Missions

  • You will work with more than 20 L’Oréal subsidiaries worldwide inside the L’Oréal distribution center in Mönchengladbach.
  • You establish a personalized relationship with the client in order to optimize the service level.
  • You proactively ensure order processing and follow-up until the delivery.
  • You efficiently answer to the client’s requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes).
  • You record, analyze and follow up the dispute’s situations (claims, deductions, returns etc.) in accordance with the different departments (Transport & customs, accounting, warehouse and the master data team).
  • You are responsible for the client accounts (clearing of accounts).
  • You proactively communicate towards the hierarchy in case of problems and implement adapted corrective actions.
  • You participate to the training of new collaborators and transfer his/her knowledge and know-how of the job.
  • You ensure the continuity of service (you could have, occasionally and partially, to replace your superior).
  • You participate to the implementation of projects in collaboration with the clients.
  • You will be a SAP Key User.

Profile

  • Degree in business administration.
  • 1-3 years’ work experience in logistics / Customer Care.
  • Understanding of logistics flows, of regulatory constraints linked to the job position (invoicing, customs…).
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (relationship to customers and to carriers…).
  • Customer service oriented (agility, reactivity, and reliability).
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Autonomy, sense of simplification.
  • Structured, accurate, rigorous and reliable.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and high commitment.
  • Multicultural sensitivity.

Technical skills :

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and of MS Office (esp. Excel)

Language skills:

  • German (oral & written)
  • English (oral & written)
  • French highly appreciated
