What we count on you for – Your mission

In this role, you combine leadership, consulting and product expertise in a premium environment.

• You actively contribute to the creation and strategic development of the Munich location (recruitment, local partnerships, market positioning)
• You act as a brand ambassador in Munich, represent the company towards premium clients and participate in selected events
• You ensure continuous presence and excellent service levels through the organization of processes and workforce planning
• You maintain an operational role in sales by personally handling selected destinations and acting as a role model in premium sales: you develop tailor-made travel projects for premium clients and support them from the first idea through to their return, via phone, video and in person at the agency, in collaboration with international expert teams
• You are responsible for the leadership and development of the team as well as the operational management of the location, support new colleagues during onboarding and daily operations, and monitor key performance indicators such as response times, offer conversion rate and customer satisfaction
• You contribute to the development of the travel portfolio

Why we want you on our team – Your strengths

• Your background: Around 10 years of professional experience in tourism or relevant fields (tourism, event management, hospitality, sales, customer service…), including experience managing small teams; relevant international and travel experience
• Your languages: German at C1–C2 minimum, fluent English, French is a strong plus
• Your working style: Strong sales skills and confidence in dealing with demanding premium clients. Ability to act as a leader and coach, build trust, develop team members and maintain high performance standards
