Legal Professional, Photovoltaic systems, German-English (m/f), Frankfurt/Main region

Your responsibilities

• Supporting our client in corporate law matters (approval of accounts, drafting of intra-group agreements, management of the required legal formalities)
• Drafting and reviewing contracts in German and English in the field of renewable energies (land lease, development partnership agreements)
• Preparing legal documents required for participation in invitations to tender and consultations
• Providing legal advice on corporate, contract and regulatory matters to all relevant stakeholders
• Handling litigation and insurance matters
• Ensuring legal reporting
• Implementing guidelines and processes for contract reviews, compliance matters and participating in their improvement

Required experience

• Post-graduate degree in corporate or business law
• Experience of general company or commercial law as well as negotiating and drafting of commercial contracts
• Preferably 4-5 years post-qualification experience in a comparable field; experience in renewable energies is a plus
• Team-player and dedicated problem-solver with a can-do attitude who is interested in handling multiple assignments
• *Analytical skills+ with a pragmatic mindset, capable to identify key risks
• Autonomous and reliable person
• Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
