Missions
- Managing the customer portfolio and further develop the business with existing customers in the German market.
- Creation and implementation of the necessary commercial strategy and action plan to achieve the set goals.
- Analyses of the market, benchmark products, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining good communication with the customer while preserving a high level of service and quality.
- Perparation and presentation of the offer to the customer including after-sales services.
- Following up on orders, deliveries, and invoices.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the customer, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of the German automotive market and its players.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the technical side of the product range.
- Language Skills: English and German at negotiation level.
