Tasks
- Support and manage the planning and budgeting process and periodic forecasting for the LoB and sub-region
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, ensuring they align with corporate guidelines.
- Support to P&C Managers for Sub-regions (Tribe Lead) during the closing, trends activities for the subregion with a focus on underlining performance, and an understanding of key drivers by market and BP.
- Collaborate with Head of Planning & Controlling of the LoB to develop financial strategies that support the LoB's and sub-region's business goals.
- Supports projects that impact Lob or ares cross-LoB
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement measures to enhance financial efficiency in the LoB's and sub-region

Profil
- Bachelor’s degree in business admin./ economics or related subjects (e.g. applied mathematics),
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Financial Department – ideally in an international environment and/or in the insurance sector,
- Proven experience as a Business Controller or in a similar financial management role,
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and control principles,
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments,
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work,
- Proficiency in MS Office, statistical programs, Excel and database,
- Excellent command of English language (oral and written),
- Good understanding of AzP business models/products/services,
- Capability of acting in a regional and local scope and multicultural environment.
