Process Owner for New Technologies (m/f/d), Erlangen

Your new task

• You define and deploy process standards in all entities of the considered perimeter
• You support production technology and standards to each sites (worldwide)
• Due to your broad range of expertise in various industrial production technologies, you are constantly working on the evaluation of existing manufacturing equipment and ensure the continuous development of technologies
• You are constantly working on development of alternative technologies for existing production lines
• You drive and make decisions regarding product designs based on new insights
• You drive and ensure the skills development and grow up of his network, taking into account the roadmap defined needs/expectations
• You are responsible for development of expertise processes & community in its process
• You develop VSeA expertise in your scope of responsibility, on every related sites
• You propose new process developments to achieve product development respecting Lean Process Design processes
• You support sites to allow them to growth (integration new process, reinforce technical skills)
• Furthermore, you propose new projects, to animate new process activities
• You make Competitive Analysis to accumulate knowledge about the market and to develop our products and actions

Your qualifications

• You own a Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• You own strong Process Knowledge Management skills
• You have long-term experience in process standardization and in implementation of key procedure for process development
• You already have a deep knowledge in various production technologies
• You are able to focus on continuous improvement and research of more reliable, less costly solutions
• You are willing to travel (min. 50%)
• You are fluent in German and English (in written and spoken)
• You show proficient communication and coaching skills
