Senior Management Controller (m/w/d), Bietigheim-Bissingen

Your challenges

• R&D director co-pilot in controlling aspects for the product line organisation worldwide
• Coordination of worldwide product line R&D controlling team members (on site and remote).
• Responsibility for the monthly closing and reporting as well as planning and budgeting activities
• Continuously monitoring of key R&D indicators
• Sponsoring and following up back on track actions
• Supporting the deployment and utilization of tools and process improvements
• Convey internal control activities, corrective actions and procedure reviews as per request and following the LSF system structure
• Supporting training and career development measures for team members.
• Creating a proactive team within his/her perimeter and help identifying high potentials.

What about you?

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., Certified PublicAccountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
• Several years of professional experience in a financial / business decision support environment is a must.
• Excellent financial and operational analytical skills
• Good ERP systems knowledge (SAP preferred) and base accounting knowledge are required
• Minimum of 5-6 years of data analytics and financial modeling experience. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP tools is a must.
• Good analytical skills and excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
