Missions

  • Act as the primary contact point for your client’s business strategy and critical business issues
  • Develop executive connectivity and identify new business opportunities for your clients
  • Negotiate contracts and fees with an objective to maximize client profitability and client tenure and maximize client´s cross selling opportunities
  • Build a trusted advisory to the client and ensure sustainable revenue growth
  • Ensure new sales opportunities are aligned to business strategies & priorities and focus on sustainably profitable business for your client´s
  • Responsibility for sharing client´s information in a disciplined manner through the CRM platform, in particular:
  • Ensure documentation of all significant client interactions
  • Client contacts in line with GDPR principles
  • Carry-out KYC obligations within the pre-scribed timeframe and fully comply with the Group’s Risk principles & Compliance guidelines
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and promote an inclusive mind set

Profile

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Several years of working experience as a Relationship Manager and/or in client management and/or sales in the Securities Services industry
  • Deep knowledge of main business drivers, critical business issues, main activity, market and regulatory developments influencing the client segments and relevant products and services
  • Good knowledge of the Securities Services financial market industry across all client segments
  • Ability to work in a team, supporting team members and developing team goals above the own
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of IT applications
  • Fluent in German & English
