Sourcing Strategy: Develop, conduct tenders and implement strategic sourcing for key categories.
Supplier Management: Lead the full lifecycle of supplier relationships.
Cost Optimization: Identify savings, optimize budget/ financial performance.
Stakeholder Consulting: Strengthen internal and external partnerships.
Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure risk management while integrating L'Oréal For The Future agenda.

Profile

3-5 years Purchasing experience (FMCG), with focus on Indirect.
Excellent Stakeholder Management & teamwork skills.
Strong Negotiation skills & contract management.
High Financial Accountability & analytical thinking.
Sustainability Commitment, fluent English & German. French is a plus
