Your challenges

• Lead a team of System & Software Quality Engineers in Germany hierarchically and manage global teams functionally
• Ensure consistency of system and software quality processes and activities
• Control that System and software Quality Standards are applied and respected.
• Provide general supervision and technical guidance to the system and software staff in the analysis, design, testing and deployment of all software quality methodologies and strategies
• Manage software quality top issues and road blocks
• Coordinate with each system and software function in order to set up and maintain a System and software quality system in accordance with automotive industry Standards

What about you?

• Master of Science in Engineering, Science or Mathematics.
• Certified Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor, ISO 90001 / ISO TS 16949 Auditor or CMMI Assessor
• Several years of experience in Quality / Quality Management
• Experience in Software Quality Assessment / Software Development
• Experience in Team Management
• Experience with software development process, system engineering methodologies and test techniques
• Experience in conducting Quality assessments of developed Software
