Tasks

• Unlimited Contract from Day One: Secure your professional future with an unlimited contract from the start.
• Diverse Assignments & Interdisciplinary Projects: Undertake 4 x 6 month assignments over 2 years (starting October 2026 and finishing September 2028), delving into interdisciplinary projects. This immersive approach hones skills across diverse aspects of the automotive industry

Profile

• You must have a valid permit to work in Germany and the EU
• Master Degree from a Technical university max. up to 2 years after graduation
• Fluent German and English skills
• Short experience abroad working or study
• Previous short working experience during / after studies
• Above average study results (ideally 2.0 score and better)
• High level of enthusiasm and motivation and able to take input from others
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues in English to different audiences in both written and verbal forms, e.g. reports, specifications, presentations
• Driven from within and is capable of autonomous decision making
• Good team player ableness to work within a multinational team environment & assertiveness
