V.I.E. Internal Control Officer (m/f), Düsseldorf

The subsidiary “Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Germany GmbH” is the Leading Center for all “Lurgi” Technologies and provides competitive engineering capabilities to other E&C centers and our customers.

You will work within the IC dpt. CWE, which is part of the F&C Cluster dpt. reporting to your manager.
Your scope of intervention will focus on the Finance dept. of AL Deutschland, GmbH, AL Austria and Carbagas + other subsidiaries which will be transformed into Shared Services. Your intervention will also be cross-domain (Procurement, Sales & Mktg, Supply Chain)

Missions

support the development of and implement the transversal processes of shared services, align the processes and implement the key controls of the IKS (in compliance with AL Group control principles :

• check the reality and the application of procedures and operating/best practices
• complete the documentation of the processes within shared services
• analyse gaps after implementation and help to improve the new processes

Be the driving element for internal control processes improvements :

• inform people on existing Group procedures or Best Practices, and new processes
• propose improvement actions,
• help domains Managers implementing key controls and exception reports,
• follows up action plans decided after audit reviews (internal or external),
• advise General Management of any lack or delay in the implementation of control processes
• internal control projects

Profile

• Graduated from high school or Master Finance & Control
• Interested in the analysis of business processes (excluding industrial processes) and by the subjects of internal control / audit
• 9679 Good communication skill
• Autonomous
• Mandatory : French, English (professional), German
