Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

End-to-End Contract Life-Cycle-Management

• Strategic Acquisition „Test Systems & Equipment
• Prepare and participate in call for tenders, negotiations and awarding of work packages.
• Identify and select possible suppliers, define the evaluation matrix criteria, create the project schedule, elaborate of the tendering strategy in close cooperation with internal customers. Organise and facilitate work-package-related Q&A-sessions with suppliers, negotiate commercial and technical details, award strategic work packages
• Contract Management „Test Systems & Equipment
• Organise and facilitate Contractual Commitment Reviews (CCRs) with suppliers and internal customers. Commercially
• administrate strategic work packages. Update the contracts continuously.

Customer Portfolio Management

• Accomplish Supplier Performance Reviews (SED) on a regular base. Derive and implement action plans for the respective suppliers in close cooperation with the internal customers. Create and aggregate reports regarding the supplier performance.
• Be a professional EADS representative in terms of acquisition and contract management for Test Systems & Equipment.
• Gather and aggregate corporate KPIs from the EADS suppliers as basis for financial evaluations.

Data Quality assurance

• Implement all procurement-related data into the EADS sourcing tool (iSource)

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Bachelor/Master in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• English: fluent / negotiation level
• German: skills are an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (especially advanced skills in MS Excel)
• Proactive and customer-centered attitude
• Good team player
• Experience in procurement
