VIE Design Office Support (m/f/d), Hannover

Missions

• support Application Design Office managers, system architects and lead engineers in their resource and activity planning
• plan and control timing, resources and cost for engineering work packages and engineering change requests
• identify the critical path and define corrective actions to achieve Engineering Functional Milestones in time and within the budget
• develop and establish processes and procedures to continuously forecast and follow-up timing, resources and budget of the Design Office Team and their development projects
• prepare decisions regarding shortand midterm off-shoring of development activities to engineering partners in Poland and India

The mission will last 12 months.

Profile

• Engineering diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Master's Degree in Economics w/ an Engineering minor
• First experience in Design Engineering, Project Management and Engineering Administration
• Communication and team working skills
• Fluent in English
• International mindset
