Your challenges

• You will facilitate smooth-running development processes, methods and tools in the projects according to automotive specific settings
• You will be a process owner for the department financial planning and an interface to the finance department
• You will coach the department team on process methods and tool topics or organize training sessions from respective sources
• You will support the department team to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• You will be the interface between R&D development and quality
• You will contribute to standardization, documentation & knowledge spreading in the department

Profile

• You are graduated from an engineering degree or comparable training
• You already have experience in process management and software project management (ideally in the automotive environment)
• You have a fluent level of English
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
• Knowledge in software development and validation (ASPICE) is a plus
