Your challenges

• The job profile and daily tasks will consit out of upcoming needs for the daily business as well as strategic topics, which will need a longer data analysis and implementation of new tools.
• Improve VDF (Valeo digital factory)
• Prepare yearly review with direct labour
• Prepare daily & weekly meetings (direct labour efficiency / SCRAP management)
• Improve cleanliness
• Compare Valeo standard and working methods with current set up
• Empower teams and support during workshops

Profile

• You are graduated from a master degree
• You already have experience in production
• You have a fluent level of english
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
