Your challenges
- You will be in charge of the sales back office in contact with the sales departments.
- You will work with the SDB (Sales Data Base), supporting the Account Manager in strategic sales decisions.
- You will support the specific project (customer project) by linking internal documentation to customer documentation, and streamlining the process.
- You will support and update the sales database to reflect current sales data and project status.
- You will improve customer documentation and internal processes, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
- You will prepare summary reports, monitor tooling payments and contribute to budget preparation.
Profile
- You are graduated from a master degree in Sales, Commerce or Business management
- You already have experience in Sales, Commerce or Business management (ideally in the automotive field)
- You have a fluent level of Englih
- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
