Tasks

• Actively contribute to the development of new materials and products for our main markets (e.g., automotive, construction, life sciences)
• Design and conduct experiments, and support pilot and industrial trials
• Participate in the development and implementation of innovative ideas
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary R&D teams (e.g., marketing, production)
• Engage in international strategic programs focused on sustainability and circular economy
• Establish and maintain contact with business partners across Eastern and Northern Europe to initiate new projects

Profile

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in material science, physics, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of material characterization and material selection (organic/inorganic)
• Strong interest in technical work, experimentation, and customer collaboration
• Experience in data analysis and experimental design
• Programming skills are a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (German or a Slavic language is a plus)
• Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Analytical thinker with a proactive and adaptable mindset
