DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

• This is a position for the JV Valeo Siemens, based in Erlangen Germany.
• As Productivity plan manager your main missions are : o Ensures the permanent communication between the different departments of the company.
• Promotes the standardization and generalization of the costs reductions on all the departments.
• Animates creativity and value analysis sessions to promote productivity and brainstorm about productivity creation.
• Co-ordinates and animates the consolidated productivity plan.
• Defines each year his medium term plan, during Q2 and uses standardized procedure (SWOT).
