Inside Sales Manager DACH and Netherlands - e-commerce art and antiquities - German / English / French (m/f), Paris (Hybrid)
What we count on you for - Your mission
- Join the international sales team and become one of 6 area managers.
- Telephone prospecting according to your sales calendar. Your customers are auction houses of all sizes, and your calls can be both cold calls and upsells. You will manage your queue of opportunities independently, and follow up customers from contact to signature, including presentation of our services, with the help of our sales assistants. You'll also be responsible for following up to answer various client needs and build customer loyalty.
- You pursue your individualized and realistic objectives to increase your variable bonus.
- You take part in trips to your area 3 to 5 times a year, for an average of 2 to 3 days, to win and retain customers in the field.

- Your language skills: You have full professional proficiency in German and English, and are fluent in French.
- Your background: You have studied business or have some initial professional experience, either in sales or e-commerce, or in the world of art, antiques, fine objects, or comparable experience.
- Your personality: you are self-confident, motivated to achieve your objectives, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are able to use IT tools (Excel, LinkedIn) for simple tasks.
