Tasks & accountabilities
- Develop solutions for human-driven analysis of both simulated and real-world data relevant to Loads & Aeroelastics, while maintaining an intuitive user experience and a wide range of analytic capabilities
- Develop techniques to analyze Airline in-flight data to support services to be offered to Airline customers
- Design and develop high-quality product features from end-to-end, highly scalable, highly available, using a variety of frameworks and tools from the Big Data ecosystem
- Conduct researches on new technologies and solutions, complete proof of concepts and apply these new findings into our current environment
- Define, implement new processes and refine the existing ones
- Determine external loads and support of flight test campaigns by means of sophisticated data analytic methods
- Contribute to the aircraft optimization process, provide external loads and aeroelastics analysis, sensitivity studies and a component view for structural design.
- This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
Required skills
- Educated to degree level in Information Technology/Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics or similar
- Experience in Big Data Analysis
- Ideally first experience in applying Big Data Analysis to Engineering
- Agile/Scrum culture
- First experience in Project Management
- Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem, Big Data querying tools
- Negotiation level of English
- German skills would be a plus.
