Missions

• Lead and govern the R&D Data Products Life Cycle Management for assigned process area technologies, including the coordination of technology related issue management with responsible teams
• Manage and ensure execution of proper compliance management comprising all testing and validation activities as per Bayer SOPs or Best Practice Industry Standards
• Manage and author R&D data product lifecycle management documentations, including Business Process Flows, User Requirement Specifications, Risk Assessment/Requirement Trace Matrix, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, etc.
• Understand and develop expertise on Business Process; specify and review user requirements and user-centric interfaces for Change Requests
• Analyze impact of new system releases provided by software vendors and specify configuration and integration adjustment needs based on risk assessment
• Interact with software vendors, R&D data product business leads and Development Platform IT and Quality Functions within medium to large size projects

• MSc or BSc in statistics, mathematics, informatics, computer sciences or similar education
• 6-8 of experience in GxP/CSV & IT project lead, Scrum Master, or Project Management
• 6-8 of IT application business analysis and project management experience
• 5-6 years of experience in clinical trials or related area is mandatory.
• Experience with pharmaceutical clinical management processes and applications, such as EDC systems, Data Management and Statistical Compute and Analytics or Coding Environments is mandatory
• Systems Lifecycle management experience is mandatory
• Technical background and knowledge of system validation, migration and related system documentation principles is mandatory, knowledge on latest industry trends e.g. AI / ML validation or CSA (computer software assurance) principles is preferred
• Technical Knowledge and Understanding about Clinical Data Warehouses, EDC systems, Medical Coding and Standards Governance applications is preferred
• Strategic thinker (m/f) who takes delight in tapping into new fields without established routines and processes
• Strong Communication Skills
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken
