Missions
- You define and lead the technical product architecture, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and state-of-the-art technology.
- You orchestrate product architecture across all disciplines (system, software, mechatronics, validation) by leading a cross-functional team.
- You develop and maintain a competitive technical roadmap by integrating new technologies and anticipating future customer needs.
- You act as the key technical contact for product-related topics, supporting RFQs, application projects, and platform development.
- You drive technical problem-solving, ensuring compliance with processes and optimizing product specification and architecture.
- You mentor and train architects and engineers, fostering deep technical understanding and knowledge sharing.
- You proactively manage risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and communicating key issues to management.
Profile
- You have a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- You possess a strong big-picture understanding of system dependencies while being able to deep dive into specific technical topics.
- You have extensive experience in technical product design, ideally in ADAS sensors (radar, camera, LiDAR), including platform/core and customer project experience.
- You are skilled at leading technical experts within a functional team and fostering knowledge-sharing across all levels.
- You work analytically, in an organized and solution-oriented manner, always focusing on the most effective and holistic technical solutions.
- You are experienced in Agile methodologies and hands-on problem-solving, including working on the shop floor when needed.
- You communicate fluently in English, and ideally in German, to collaborate effectively in an international environment and report to the management board.
