Missons

Auxiliary Accounting:

• Entry of supplier invoices, Payment of supplier invoices (drafts and direct debits), Control of supplier accounts, Classification of paid invoices, Creation of customer accounts in SAP, Control and entry of employee expenses (30 employees of sales representatives).

General accounting:

• Occasional participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statements (closings, balance sheets), Tax declarations (VAT, DAS, DEB, etc.), Treasury: Ensure daily forecasting, Entry of customer transfers, Entry of bank transfers (4 banks), Account matching.

Treasury:

• Ensure daily forecasting, Enter customer transfers, Enter bank transfers (4 banks), Account reconciliation.

Profil

• Bac + 2/3 Accounting
• Basic knowledge of IFRS standards (balance sheet, income statement)
• Mastery of the office pack (internet, Excel, etc.) and first experience on SAP
• Notions of English.
