Facility and Site Transformation Manager (m/f/d), Friedrichsdorf

Missions

• Ensure a safe, organized, and clean environment in and around the building, and support the production area and offices with all necessary utilities.
• Establish and implement the Site Transformation roadmap, preparing the site for production equipment installation, modification, and transfers, including the management of the CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Lead Energy Management action plans (building, test, and production equipment).
• Manage the Maintenance team (direct reporting line) in accordance with Valeo Standard V5000 (internal Valeo quality system), including: following up on Maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, % of planned maintenance completed) and managing corrective and preventive maintenance activities

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
• ​Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the industry, preferably in the automotive sector, within Production, Facility Management, and/or Maintenance
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership skills with a solution-oriented mindset
