Missions

• Lead the corporate program to develop and deploy the Group ASPICE assessment strategy.
• Lead and develop the global network of ASPICE assessors
• Ensure independent measurement of the ASPICE compliance of projects, platforms, entities and suppliers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of System and Software Development Processes
  
• Represent Valeo at OEMs for all corporate subjects related to ASPICE, including the alignment of customer and Valeo ASPICE strategy and the negotiation and incorporation of customer specific requirements
• Support customer requests for ASPICE assessments and facilitate the preparation of such assessments in collaboration with the project teams

Profile

• Successfully completed Technical Degree / Master
• Several years of relevant work experience
• ASPICE assessor certification (Principal or Competent Assessor)
• Knowledge of ISO26262 / functional safety and ALM
• (Disciplinary / Technical) management expertise
• Strong assertiveness, international mindset, communication and persuasion skills in German and English across all hierarchical levels
