DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

• Customer interface for Field Quality Matters.
• Support Valeo sites to understand and respond to Customer expectations and become “green” in Customers’ Warranty measurement system.
• Provide Valeo sites with all required data to improve field quality, ensuring early warning and prevent field failures /warranty cost with an efficient part returns as defined by the sites or product group.
• Ensures Valeo Warranty System is applied.

FORMATION

• Engineer Master Degree

• 3 minimum years in Automotive or Aerospace Business Experience in Operations or development
