About the role
- As a team leader you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a part of the HR-Team of MBition
- You will be responsible for the full employee life cycle for the topics of international recruiting & onboarding, HR personal management, compensation and benefits, including the yearly salary review process by being customer-oriented and compliant
- Regular communication and reporting of KPI and documents towards the Head of HR as well as to shareholders are of importance
- You are responsible with your team that individual and collective labor law, corporate regulations, data protection, compliance and process are in place, adapted or designed
- Together with the business team leads of MBition, you develop and implement new requirements, standards and concepts
- You understand the requirements of new work and develop agile, innovative solutions
Your Profile
Education:
- You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on Personal-and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management or you have completed a comparable education
Experience :
- You have significant experience of working as a HR Business Partner and you are experienced in managing people
- You have proven track record of working in a corporate as well as tech/start-up environment and you know about the challenges, ideally you have worked internationally
- You have profound knowledge in labor law, collaborating with workers council, as well as compliance and data protection
- You have valuable expertise in the Microsoft Office package, especially strong Excel skills
Personal skills:
- You have a hands-on-mentality, challenge the status-quo and getting things done
- You are characterized by your ability of motivating people, showing empathy, assertiveness, strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, as well as stress resistance
- The implementation of new HR processes is fun for you and you can quickly find yourself in, adjust to and hit the ground running with new situations
- Professional handling with customers and Stakeholder
Language skills:
- Excellent German (C1) and English (mind. B2+) skills complete your profile
