Tasks AND accountabilities
The main responsibility is to understand the business needs and strategic objectives and propose the corresponding IT solution (via standard software of the market or specific solutions as well as Cloud based architecture) in line with Enterprise Architecture, IM strategy and objectives.

In detail the tasks and responsibilities of the IM project leader position are:
- Take over Business demand and organize appropriately its fulfillment
- Define project scope, architecture, planning and costing
- IM Make or Buy management
- Drumbeat of IM internal and external stakeholders to reach project on time, on quality and on cost
- Contribute to solution maintenance
Profile
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Significant IT Project leader experience on business domains such as Sales, Marketing, customer services ideally including Salesforce cloud implementation
- Familiar with Agile methodology, Safe methodology experience would be a plus
- Demonstrable experience in cloud based solutions implementation ideally Salesforce platform
- Good knowledge of web and mobile apps technologies would be a plus
- Partners and External service providers management
- Negotiation with internal customers
- Strong focus on People, quality, planning and customer satisfaction
- Appetite for teamwork, transparency and facilitation
- Rigorous, autonomous, good team spirit and customer orientation
- Advanced level in English
