Your tasks and responsibilities
- Lead, plan and structure global IT projects or programs from the business perspective
- Provide overall program leadership and manage all aspects of a given program, build effective program teams and perform stakeholder management across broad categories of stakeholders
- Ensure that business expectations are aligned to actual project scope and that the agreed business value is realized
- Deliver programs/ projects on time, in quality, within agreed budgetary constraints, and in line with existing company policies and guidelines.
- Manage and prioritize strategic initiatives in accordance with organizational needs
- Lead strong cross-functional project teams, monitor the progress of project milestones, and ensure project scope alignment with business expectations
- Establish a high level of partner trust and transparency to promote and maintain positive relationships with business and IT partners
- Be part of steering the digital transformation within SMol and within Crop Protection to allow for scaling of the new way of working
- Working in hybrid environment with global project teams and stakeholders
Your profile
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or R&D background and related working experience
- Experience to manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and varying levels of management
- Good problem-solving and project management skills leading international multi-disciplinary teams and proven ability to transfer results into impact
- Experience in information technology with increasing responsibility in design, delivery, and maintenance of digital systems
- Advanced proficiency in working with software enabling complex business operations, collaborative Project Management tools, agile methodologies, understanding cloud computing and IT cloud services
- Strong communication competencies to include presentations and delivery of complex quantitative analyses in a clear, concise and actionable manner to extended team and small groups of key stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team environment and strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- High energy, clear goal orientation, strong work ethic, “hands-on” attitude, and curiosity to learn
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
