Process Owner for Crimping/Press fit (m/f/d), Erlangen

Your new task

• You coordinate and animate the crimping/press fit process activities
• You define, update and deploy process standards in all entities of the considered perimeter
• You deploy support about crimping/press fit technologies and standards to each sites (worldwide)
• You support the activity within his domain, on every related sites
• You drive and ensure the skills development and grow up of his network, taking into account the roadmap defined needs / expectations
• You develop expertise processes & community in its process

Your qualifications

• You own a Bachelor´s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• You have deep dive in Crimping and Press Fit technology
• You already have gained a deep knowledge in screwing technology
• You are able to focus on continuous improvement and research of more reliable, less costly solutions
• You are fluent in German and English (in written and spoken)
• You show proficient communication and coaching skills
